Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring that the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
